Hank graduated from the Ohio State University in 1965 with a B.S. in Business Administration and from the University of Missouri in 1971 with a Masters in Business Administration. He received his J.D. in 1986 from Creighton University School of Law. Hank was a career Air Force officer from 1965 until 1983. Hank has legal experience as a public defender, as a county prosecutor and as an attorney for the Internal Revenue Service. He has tried cases in Nebraska and Idaho criminal courts, the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska, and the Tax Court. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
