John graduated from Creighton University in 1986 with a B.S. in Computer Science. He received his J.D. in 1989 from Creighton University School of Law. John has 19 years of experience representing debtors in bankruptcy and debt related matters. John has appeared on radio shows and has lectured to banking groups on issues regarding bankruptcy and collection practices. John is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, a charter member of the American Consumer Bankruptcy College and has served on the Nebraska Bankruptcy Court’s task force on Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF). John is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts in Nebraska and Iowa.

Micaela graduated from the university of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2001 with a double major in Biological Sciences and Psychology. She received her J.D. in 2005 from Drake University School of Law in Des Moines, IA, graduating with honors. At Drake, Micaela was actively involved in the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law and the Student Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts in Nebraska, and is a member of both the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Omaha Bar Association.

Wesley graduated from Penn State University in 2004 with a B.A. in English and a minor in Law. He received his J.D. in 2007 from Case Western Law School in Cleveland, Ohio, where he wrote for The Docket, Case Western’s legal newspaper, and was active in the American Constitution Society. While attending Case Western, Wesley interned for two summers at the Quinn Law Firm in Erie, Pennsylvania, where he received extensive training in bankruptcy, criminal defense, and tort law. He is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts in Nebraska and Iowa, and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Erin graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, IL in 2002 with a B.S. in Political Science. She received her J.D. in 2007 from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, MI. While attending Ave Maria, Erin obtained experience in a broad scope of legal practices through internships at The Thomas More Law Center, the Public Defender’s Office and FirstComp Insurance. She was also active in the Student Bar Association, participating as the chair of the Career Services Committee. She is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts in Nebraska, and is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Nebraska State Bar Association.
